SHIPPING POLICY

For shipping our orders to all these countries, we partnered with:

FREE DELIVERY FOR ORDERS ABOVE €200 

DISCLAIMER: If you wish to order a express delivery use DHL Express at checkout
(this will cost an extra free; the free delivery is then no longer applicable - Regardless of the amount of the order) 

 *For Belgium, we have a local delivery which means that orders within a radius of 30 km from our head office (Brussels) will be delivered by ourselves in a term of maximum 3 days. A pick-up at our local store during our opening hours is also possible. 

 **For The United States, Canada, Australia, Mexico, Morocco and The United Kingdom: Please note, Customs fees may be charged after placing the order. These are entirely for the buyer. However, we work closely with our delivery services so the chances of additional costs are extremely small.

Orders placed before 12:00 CET, will be shipped the same day. Orders placed after 12:00 CET, will be shipped the next day.

Shipping terms will be between 1 and 7 work days. We will make sure that our packages are well protected!

PS: At the checkout, a phone number is asked. This is for our delivery partners in case they need to send you a message or call you about the package and delivery. We, Innofoot, won't do anything with your phone number!

 

RETURN POLICY

We want you to fall in love with your purchase and we constantly strive to provide products of the highest possible quality. If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return it within 14 days of receiving your order.



Conditions for a valid return:

  1. Merchandise must be returned within 14 days of receipt.
  2. Merchandise must be unworn and unwashed.
  3. Merchandise must have all original tags. (if they were present at the time of purchase).


If these conditions are not met, Innofoot has the right to refuse the return.

Customers can start the return process by contacting us at info@innoot.be , stating the reason for return.

 

RETURNS

  • Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
  • InnoFoot does not refund any costs when returning the shirt.
    (for example: shipping costs)


To begin your return or exchange process, contact us at info@innofoot.be stating the reason for return.

Follow the steps below to return or exchange an item:

Attach a copy of the packing slip or confirmation email of your order
Send your return to the address provided via email.
All returns must be sent with a valid tracking number
